Cancellation

1. Customers can cancel their booking before sample collection without any cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation is not allowed after sample collection.

Refund Policy

1. For customers who paid online, they can request a refund to the chosen payment platform if they initiated the cancellation.

2. A full or partial refund is possible if the testing Lab doesn't provide the report within the promised Turnaround Time (TAT).

3. To request a refund, customers can call 8544450155 or email care@pathologybazaar.com.

4. Refunds may take 10 to 15 business days to process.

5. No refunds if the Lab delivers the report within TAT.

6. No refunds 15 days after sample collection.
